We’re an ecommerce business, selling direct through our 3 websites Curvy, Big Girls Don’t Cry (Anymore) & Curvy (USA). We ❤️ that we get to impact our customer’s lives positively on a daily basis.

What we’re looking for 🔭
Your responsibilities are to drive profitable growth in revenue:
- Propose growth experiments, implement them, collect data, share the results with the team, and iterate continuously.
- Oversee funnel optimisation to identify and remove conversion bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with existing acquisition channel team members and implement experiments for driving traffic from new channels
On a day to day basis this will include:
- Analysis of existing conversion bottlenecks and micro conversion rates to determine priorities/opportunities
- Hunt down ideas for growth bets - source them from the customer service team, customer reviews, competitors, other non-competing companies, experts, twitter, and also from your own creativity and curiosity.
- Prioritise these growth bets/experiments based on effort and potential impact
- Implementation: Build and run tests, get stuff done end-to-end, being the guiding force for projects, collaborating intensely with others, stewarding work across product marketing, design, buying, web dev, analytics and more.
To be clear, this role is about getting your hands dirty to get stuff done. This may include but is not limited to writing copy, creating email campaigns and flows, setting up A/B tests, working in Canva/Photoshop/Figma/Shopify. You won’t have any direct reports, at least initially.
